How to make delicious Bird's Custard:
1. Empty the sachet into a large measuring jug.
2. Pour on boiling water up 3/4 pint (425ml) level.
Water must be boiling hot for custard to thicken.
3. Whisk briskly (or stir well with a fork) until smooth and creamy ensuring all the powder at the bottom is mixed in
If you prefer your custard a little thinner simply top up with boiling water.
For best results leave to stand for 1 minute before serving.
If the custard does not thicken, place in a saucepan and heat to boiling whilst stirring.
