-How can I pay for my order? You can pay with iDeal, Paypal or Credit Card. When you have placed an order and payment has been made, you will receive an automated email confirming your order has been received. How do I know my order has been sent?  As soon as your order has been packed and sent, you will receive an email from DHL with the track&trace details.

-How long will it take before I receive my order? When you order on a weekday before 14:00, and all your items are in stock, we can usually post it the same day. If you place an order in the weekend, we will post it on Monday. In the busy months of November and December it might take longer. If you need something delivered quick, please phone us before ordering to check the stock levels to avoid disappointment. When it takes longer than 2 days before we can send your order, we will contact you via email or phone (please check your spam email if you haven't heard anything from us). Orders are sent with DHL and they usually deliver the next day. Shipping to Belgium and Germany takes between 2-3 days.

Kelly’s Expat Shopping is not responsible for any delays once the order is with DHL.

-Stock levels:  Please note that stock levels on our website are updated manually, so it can happen that items showing as 'in stock' are sold out in our shop, especially when ordering large quantities. When you've placed the order we will inform you and offer an alternative and/or refund.

-Order collection in shop: In the last step of ordering you can select the option to collect in our shop in Wassenaar or The Hague. If you choose to collect, no shipping costs will be added. Collections for our shop in Amsterdam will be available in the near future. If you would like to place an order for Amsterdam, please don't place an order online but email us at 

-Shipping costs: Netherlands: € 6,95 | Belgium, Germany, France : € 11,95 

-Is there a maximum weight? With DHL the maximum weight for a parcel is 20kgs. If we notice you go over this, we will notify you to find the best way of sending your order.

-Is there a minimum amount for an order? No, there is no minimum amount.

-Can you send chilled and frozen products? We can, but we don’t advise to do so as the transport with DHL is not temperature controlled and products will defrost. The chilled and frozen products are for collection in the shop only. If you do wish to have them posted, please contact us and be advised that it will be at your own risk and we can’t take any responsibility for the state in which the products arrive.

-What happens when an item is not in stock: We will contact you via email or phone to find a good replacement, if none are available we will offer a refund for the missing products.

-Discount codes: You can fill in your discount code in the first step during checkout, where it will be automatically deducted from your order. You can then proceed with your checkout as usual.

-Incomplete or damaged order: Please contact us via email ( or phone our shop in Wassenaar (070-511 87 29) as soon as possible and we will try to find a satisfying solution.

-Return policy: If you are not happy with the products ordered, then you have 14 days to return us the item unopened in good condition. The costs for the return postage is for the customer and will not be covered by Kellys Expat Shopping. The amount for the order excluding the postage charges will be refunded within 14 days. If it's a manufacturers fault, then we will replace or refund the item.  For claims please email

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Yes, we have shops in The Hague, Wassenaar and Amsterdam. You can find the addresses and opening times here.

Are the stock levels up to date?

We aim to keep stock levels up to date, but with three outlets this is not always possible. If you're travelling from far to one of our shops and want to be sure we have a particular item in stock, please call beforehand or place an online order for collection in the shop. We'll let you know once your order is ready for collection.

When do you get new stock in?

There is a weekly delivery with British products every Wednesday and chilled and frozen come in every Thursday. American products come in all the time.

I'm looking for a product that's not on your website, do you sell it?

Requests for new products are always welcome! You can contact us via the contact form on the website or via and we'll check with our suppliers to see if it's available.
