- No minium order for postal orders
- We try to keep our website up to date with new products, but please let us know if you are missing anything (we carry more lines in our shops, our apologies).
- We don't update stock levels, we will confirm your order after you have received an automatic confirmation.
- Payment is only accepted through IDEAL/Paypal unless otherwise agreed.
Placing an online order: We try to keep our website updated, but it can happen that certain items are out of stock or have been discontinued. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. If any items are out of stock we will contact you.
Postage: We can only ship dry goods (no chilled / frozen products) with DHL. Charges are € 6.95 for parcels between 0-10kgs and € 7.95 between 10-30kgs. There is no minimum order for postal orders.
Payment: IDEAL, unless otherwise agreed. (Any products out of stock will be refunded to the bankaccount that was used via IDEAL). Alternatively PayPal can be used.
Stock: Our deliveries come every Wednesday, however it can happen that certain products are out of stock. If this is the case, we will offer you an alternative product (if possible).
Return policy: If you are not happy with the products ordered, then you have 14 days to return us the item unopened in good condition. The costs for the return postage is for the customer and will not be covered by Kellys Expat Shopping. The amount for the order excluding the postage charges will be refunded within 14 days. If it's a manufacturers fault, then we will replace or refund the item. For claims please email firstname.lastname@example.org
