Greens Classic Pancake Mix 232gr
To Cook to Perfection...
1 Heat 1 teaspoon (5ml) of oil in a 20cm (8") non-stick frying pan until just smoking hot.
2 Swirl the oil around the pan until the base is covered.
3 Pour 70-80ml of batter into the centre of the pan and roll around gently to cover base.
4 Turn the pancake carefully with a spatula, or flip if you dare!
Cook both sides until golden brown.
5 Repeat using ½ - 1 teaspoon of oil per pancake, until all the batter has been used.
