Recipe Suggestion - Lamb Rogan Josh
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tsp of chopped ginger, 2 chopped onions and fry for 15-20 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- Add 4 tbsp of Sharwood's Medium Curry Powder to coat the onion mix and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add 450g of cubed lean lamb and fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Add 300ml of stock, 400g canned tomatoes, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of sugar and simmer for 45 minutes until meat is fully cooked then serve.
