We like our parcel delivery to be as customer friendly as possible. And we've made our return policy easy and straight forward. We don't make life any harder than it needs to be!
Because we want our delivery process to be as customer friendly as possible we partnered up with DPD to make sure the delivery of your parcel goes as smoothly as possible.
- Track & Trace code with specific delivery information
- "DPD Predict Service" you'll receive a 1-hour delivery window in your Track & Trace info
- Easily change your delivery date, time, address, 'deliver to neighbours' or 'leave in front of the door' in your track & trace information up to 15 minutes from the start of your delivery window
If you've missed the delivery of your parcel altogether, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest DPD Pick-up Point to be picked up within 7 days. Please bring a valid ID.

Due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus DPD pick-up point deliveries will be unavailable until further notice.

If your order exceeds the maximum weight limit of 20kg or exceeds the maximum volume per parcel the shipping costs will automatically be recalculated.

Processing your parcel will depend if all items are on stock. We use our shop stock to complete your online order, stock levels on the webshop may vary from our actual stock. We will contact you if items are not avaialble. Once your parcel has been booked in with DPD you will receive a Track & Trace code.
Returns should be easy. You can inform us about your return within 14 days after receiving your order at [email protected] You've got another 14 days to return the parcel to your nearest DPD pick-up point.
If you are not happy with your order, you can go to your order confirmation or track & trace e-mail and sign up your return. Select the items you'd like to return, pick the DPD parcel point you'd like to drop your parcel off at and complete the return sign-up.
Print the return label, just put the items (no invoice necessary) in any box you've got laying around and bring your parcel to the chosen parcel point. You will receive a. proof of return and you will receive an e-mail about the status of your return.
We will refund you the full amount of the items minus the return costs of €6.95 to the account you've paid your initial order with (Credit Card, Ideal, Paypal etc.)
