Shipping
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we've partnered with DHL:
- Track & Trace: Get specific delivery information.
- DHL Predict Service: Receive a 1-hour delivery window.
- Flexible Options: Change your delivery date, time, address, or choose to have it delivered to neighbors or left at your door, up to 15 minutes before the delivery window starts.
If you miss the delivery, your parcel will be sent to the nearest DHL Pick-up Point for collection within 7 days. Please bring a valid ID.
Shipping Costs
DHL Home Delivery
- The Netherlands: €7.95 (1-2 days) per parcel up to 19kg. Additional parcels will be charged if the weight exceeds 19kg.
- Europe Region 1: €10.95 (1-3 days) per parcel up to 19kg. Additional parcels will be charged if the weight exceeds 19kg. Countries: Belgium, Luxemburg, Germany.
- Europe Region 2: €17.95 (2-4 days) per parcel up to 19kg. Additional parcels will be charged if the weight exceeds 19kg. Countries: Austria
- Europe Region 3: €29.95 (2-5 days) per parcel up to 19kg. Additional parcels will be charged if the weight exceeds 19kg. Countries: Denmark*, Finland*, France*, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden*.
- Europe Region 4: €46.95 (3-7 days) per parcel up to 19kg. Additional parcels will be charged if the weight exceeds 19kg. Countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland*.
*Note: DHL delivery to France, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark is to a nearby DHL Pick-up Point only. The invoice might still state "HOME DELIVERY," but home delivery to these countries is not possible currently.
Delivery times exclude weekends.
If your order exceeds 19kg or the maximum parcel volume, shipping costs will be recalculated. Local postal services may handle some deliveries.
Failed Delivery
If you miss the delivery and your parcel is sent to a parcel shop, it must be collected within the timeframe specified by DHL. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, we cannot refund shipping costs or perishable items (such as chilled products). Additionally, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This also applies in cases where an incorrect address was provided. If you wish to still receive the goods, you would have to place a new order online.
Returns
Returning items is simple. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected]. Please note, return shipping costs are not covered for items that didn’t meet your expectations or preferences. The return fee will match your original shipping cost—if you paid €7.95 for shipping, the return fee will also be €7.95. Additionally, the initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Once you receive the return label, you’ll have 14 more days to drop off the parcel at your nearest DHL pick-up point.
How to Return
- Sign up for the return via your order confirmation or Track & Trace email.
- Select the items to return, pick a DHL parcel point, and complete the return sign-up.
- Print the return label, pack the items (no invoice needed), and drop off the parcel at the chosen parcel point.
- You will receive proof of return and email updates on the return status.
Refunds
We will refund the full amount of the items minus the return shipping costs to the account used for the initial order (Credit Card, iDEAL, PayPal, etc.).
