Hershey's Cookies and Creme might be the best American white chocolate bar. The bar has a rich filling of oreo-style cookie bits. We're not talking a little piece here and there, turn around the bar and you'll see a whole bunch of crunchy bits with just the right amount of white chocolate to hold them together.
