Defrosting in the fridge: 3-3,5 days. 
Defrosting in cold water: 6-7 hours. Change water every 30 minutes.

Thaw in fridge for 24 hours or until thoroughly defrosted. Cook for 45 minutes per kg at 190C (374F) degrees. 5.7kg = 4 hours 15 minutes approx. cooking
