Defrost in a refrigerator for 24 hours.
Drain before cooking. Once defrosted, use immediately.
Remove outer packaging and film lid, pat dry with kitchen paper (optional - for a crispier crackling brush with a little oil and salt).
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for Fan 1 hour 20 minutes/Gas 1 hour 25 minutes.
Stand for 10 minutes before carving.
