A wonderfully versatile creamy dip and dressing, perfect for pairing with any salad or for quickly assembling with whatever's left in the fridge, or even drizzling over roasted vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1¼ cups (vegan) greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup (vegan) mayonnaise
- ¼ cup fresh dill (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Add to bowl: Grab yourself a mixing bowl and throw in all the ingredients—Bragg ACV, Greek yogurt, mayo, freshly chopped dill, a squeeze of lemon juice, and of course, a pinch of salt and pepper for that extra flavour kick.
