Defrosting in the fridge: 2-3 days.
Defrosting in cold water: 4-6 uur. Change water every 30 minutes.

NORLAND packaging states:
Thaw in fridge for 24 hours or until thoroughly defrosted. Cook for 45 minutes per kg at 190C (374F) degrees. 3.7kg = 2 hours 45 minutes approx. cooking
