At Kelly's Expat Shopping, we strive to deliver our products in the best possible condition. Please be aware of the following conditions when purchasing chilled products from our webshop:

1. Shipping at Own Risk: We make every effort to ensure that your chilled products remain temperature-controlled during transit. You can freeze the product upon arrival or leave it in the fridge for up to 3 days. 
2. Delivery of chilled products is currently only in The Netherlands.

While you may be able to add chilled products to your basket, our system will automatically remove these items if the shipping address is outside of these countries. This ensures the safe and timely delivery of perishable goods. We recommend checking your basket carefully before proceeding to check-out to confirm that chilled products remain if your shipping address is within the eligible countries.
