1. Shipping at Own Risk: While we make every effort to ensure that your chilled products remain chilled during transit, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive chilled.

2. Shipping Schedule: We want to ensure that your items arrive in the best condition possible. Therefore, we ship chilled items exclusively from Monday to Thursday to maintain their quality and freshness. This schedule helps us avoid delays that could impact the quality of your goods, as our courier partner, DHL, does not operate on Sundays.

   Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis every Monday. Orders received after our weekly cutoff will be processed the following Monday.
