Ingredients
Wings
-
24 chicken wings and drumettes
Honey Buffalo Sauce
-
¾ cup honey
-
¼ cup lightly packed brown sugar
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-
1 tbsp corn starch
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Season the Wings: Coat the chicken wings with Slap Ya Mama Original Blend seasoning, ensuring they are evenly covered.
Air Fry the Wings: Place the wings in an air fryer and cook until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. For extra crispy skin, continue cooking until the temperature is between 190-200°F.
Prepare the Honey Buffalo Sauce: In a bowl, combine Slap Ya Mama Wing Sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, corn starch, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Coat the Wings: Transfer the cooked wings to a skillet in batches. Add the honey buffalo sauce and flip the wings until they are fully coated. Alternatively, you can toss the wings in a large bowl with the sauce for easy coating.
Serve: Serve the wings immediately while they are hot and saucy. Enjoy the perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavors!
