Product description

Make cooking just a little easier with Iceland's Mixed Stir Fry. A mix of sliced red and yellow pepper, bean sprouts, sugar snap peas, sliced mushrooms, diced onion, baby corn, wood ear mushroom strips and sliced bamboo shoots - it goes well with noodles, in a curry, or just when you fancy a mix of veggies on the side! 

How to make:

  1. Pre-heat 30ml (approximately 2 tablespoons) of oil in a frying pan or wok over a medium to high heat.
  2. Add required amount to the pan.
  3. Fry over a medium to high heat for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Stir frequently, reduce heat if necessary.

If using chilled, once cooked allow to cool, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
