Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a microwaveable plate.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Stir, cook for a further 3 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving.

Oven Frozen

Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven.
35 minutes into cooking time, stir, return to oven for 15 minutes.
Stir before serving.
