Guidelines:

Prim's Turkey Crown is a boneless turkey breast joint that serves between 6 and 8 guests.

Defrosting time: 7 - 9 hours

Defrost at a controlled temperature. Defrosting in the fridge will likely take longer than the above mentioned times. 

Cooking time: 1,5 - 2 hours
