Crown approx. 2kg (4 - 6lb) = 1 - 1,5 days in the fridge
Small approx. 3.7kg (8 - 9lb) = 2 - 3 days in the fridge
Medium approx. 4.7kg (10 - 11lb) = 3 - 3,5 days in the fridge
Large approx. 5.7kg (12 - 13lb) = 3 - 3,5 days in the fridge
